Fee Structure & Fee Policy
Following payments to be made along with semester fee:
Registration Fee: AF 200/- for writing the entrance exam
Admission Fee: AF 1000/- for local students, USD 100/- for Afghan Expatriate students and USD 200/- for foreign students (once only at the time of admission)
Semester Fee for resident Afghans so far is ( AF 10,000 to 25,000 ).Top students introduced from different provinces based on allocated quotas are exempted from registration, admission and semester fees
Mode of payment:
Fees can be paid through Bank draft payable to ATVI, or cash to the accounting department of ATVI
Hostel facility is available for ATVI students to provide homely and comfortable environment to boys and girls who come from distant provinces of the country. The accommodation is guarded and fully furnished with all necessary arrangements including furniture, heaters, geysers and TV room.
Boarding and lodging is provided on special quota basis for 3 top students per province introduced by Ministry of Education department of the province. Priority is given to the very deprived provinces.
Limited number of shared rooms including three meals per day at the hostel is available to the students
Registration and Admission fees will not be refunded in any case.
Tuition fee refund can only be considered if the student’s application is received by the student affairs department SEVEN clear working days before the commencement of classes. Decision of refund shall be taken purely on merit.
A student once registered for courses will not be refunded any fee.
For freshmen fee is to be deposited as notified to them in the offer letter. For students of 2nd semester onwards registration will ONLY be done after they have deposited their fees. Registration of courses is to be completed during first week of the semester.
